Orders under $69 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.99.
Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
NEADIX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
